Siberian Larch Cladding Shadow Gap Profile
* Siberian Larch Cladding board widths are subject to change in response to changes in moisture levels. Siberian Larch Cladding is kiln-dried to approx 16-18% prior to machining, but may vary between production and installation on site. Cladding is dispatched from our swawmill at given sizes, but a margin of error should be used when producing cladding layout drawings for expansion and contraction in the timber.

Siberian Larch cladding Shadow gap
Siberian Larch cladding Shadow gap is very resinous and extremely hard wearing. Siberian Larch is one of the toughest and most durable softwoods in the world. It benefits from impressive dimensional stability, low cost of installation, low maintenance and high manufacturing standards. Siberian Larch Shadow gap profile makes excellent cladding for both residential and commercial projects.
Siberian larch shadow gap profile with twice the impact and half the fuss! This cladding profile provides a dynamic, false central shadow gap on a single board. Narrower, sharper profile definition with half the fitting time, a spin on this popular trending choice of cladding. Shadow Gap Cladding works in the same way as standard creating a pronounced 5mm square shadow gap which uses natural sunlight to visually enhance the building but is modified to have an extended top half to the rear of the piece allowing for a nail to be covered over after fixing. A modern and striking profile free of any visible fixings.
Siberian Larch cladding Shadow gap is often a very popular choice for its appearance. It is regarded as having a very desired finish and provides beautiful colouring and texture. The shapes and patterns of the growth rings are very aesthetically pleasing and provide real character to each cladding panel. Siberian larch will often start life as pale yellow/golden brown in colour but weathers to striking silvery grey colours, although treatment and staining can change this.
Due to this durability, it is a wood that isn’t as vulnerable to knocks, scrapes and scratches as other woods. This is an important aspect for Siberian larch exterior cladding. Siberian larch can be sawn and machined well, making it a practical and efficient choice of timber for building projects. Siberian Larch Shadow gap profile not only has a pleasing appearance but is also durable, stable and dense and will therefore provide excellent long term performance even in the harshest of environments.
